Tomihisa Yamazaki, Director and CTO

• Built a 16-year career at Gaitame.com, a leading FX broker, culminating as Head of Quants. He achieved industry-leading profitability by designing sophisticated algorithmic trading strategies and proprietary systems.
• A founding member of DeCurret (now part of Sony Group), where he spearheaded the core business architecture and monitoring infrastructure. His technical leadership was pivotal in securing the exchange’s official regulatory license.
• Leads the optimization of computing resources and the implementation of high-precision data science within the Web3 economic ecosystem.

Takatane Kiuchi (former member of the House of Representatives)

Bachelor’s degree from Keio University.
Held positions at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd. (London Branch, Sales Headquarters, etc.) and the Investment Banking Division of Merrill Lynch Japan Securities Co. (Managing Director), before being elected a member of the House of Representatives of Japan (2 terms). Held key positions including Director of the Committee on Financial Affairs, Director of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Director-General of the International Bureau, and Acting Secretary-General.
Served as representative director, executive officer, auditor, and adviser for companies including listed companies. Standing Director, Metaverse Promotion Council.

Takahisa Karita

Serial entrepreneur / global adviser. As a co-founder of UNIPLAT (Unify Platform AG, Switzerland), he has supported entrepreneurs and researchers in over 135 countries. As CFO of CDTEC China, he led the deployment of educational technology to more than 5,000 kindergartens.
Also serves as a Senior Mentor at Mizzle and a member of the Forbes Business Council, as well as an adviser to several organizations including the EU Tech Chamber (SDG Alliance Board), Tsangs Group, and S2P Prosperity.

Isamu Yorikane

Graduate of the National Defense Academy of Japan.
Spent 25 years — the longest tenure in Japan — as a private banker at Mizuho Financial Group serving ultra-high-net-worth clients (assets of JPY 3 billion and above).
Currently serves as Representative Director of NDA Co., Ltd., providing advisory services, and acts as an external CFO, adviser, and board-level consultant to owner families of listed companies and other corporate principals. Staff are based not only in Japan but also in Singapore, Dubai, and other locations.
