In response, to support clients residing in the affected areas as well as those conducting business in these areas who have been impacted, we will implement special measures regarding payout procedures through September 30, 2026, as outlined below.
[ Eligible Clients ]
1. Clients registered with an address in the affected areas
Details: For payout requests submitted before 8:00 AM (JST) on weekdays, remittance processing will be completed on the same day. (Requests submitted after 8:00 AM [JST] on weekdays will be processed on the following bank business day.)
2. Clients doing business in the affected areas who request early payout
Details: Remittance processing will be conducted as a standard payout every Tuesday and Friday (excluding public holidays in Japan).
* These special measures apply to payout requests submitted on or before September 30, 2026.
