Thank you very much for your continued patronage and support.

We are pleased to announce that Shirushi Coin (SISC), issued by Shirushi Inc., will undergo a version upgrade and transition from the current version, “SISC v2.0,” to the new version, “SISC v3.0,” effective September 24, 2026.

This upgrade introduces enhanced functional capabilities based on our updated product concept, alongside structural security enhancements to our smart contract infrastructure. In conjunction with this version upgrade, the token specifications and the official smart contract address for SISC will be updated as detailed below.

As required actions vary depending on how and where you store your SISC holdings, we kindly ask you to review the following instructions and complete any necessary procedures accordingly.

1. Overview of SISC v3.0

In addition to its existing functionalities, SISC v3.0 introduces a “Carbon Offset Token” capability designed to visualize electricity consumption and CO₂ emissions, thereby bringing transparency to the environmental footprint generated by mining activities.

By generating or acquiring renewable energy, Shirushi Inc. will offset greenhouse gas emissions resulting from the operation of Web3 Maker® units and data centers, recording and storing the corresponding verification data immutably on the blockchain.

2. Transition from SISC v2.0 to SISC v3.0

SISC v3.0 operates as a distinct cryptographic asset separate from SISC v2.0. Accordingly, holders of the legacy version (SISC v2.0) will be eligible to migrate their holdings to SISC v3.0 free of charge.

3. Eligibility and Migration Procedures

(1) SISC held within our Mining Pool  【No Action Required】

For SISC held within the Shirushi Mining Pool, the automated system migration from SISC v2.0 to SISC v3.0 has already been completed. No action is required on your part.

(2) SISC held on Supported Exchanges (LBank, Pionex)  【Schedule Pending】

The execution schedule for the token swap will vary depending on each exchange. Further details and confirmed dates will be announced as soon as they are finalized. Please note that trading, deposit, and withdrawal services for SISC may be temporarily suspended during the migration period.

(3) SISC held in Personal Wallets  【Action Required】

For SISC v2.0 stored in self-hosted or non-custodial wallets, holders must submit a migration request via the dedicated migration portal.

Important Notes
• Please be advised that tax liabilities may arise upon completing the token migration process depending on your local jurisdiction. Furthermore, to prevent fraudulent activity, all requests will be subject to internal verification and compliance review. We reserve the right to decline migration requests based on the outcome of such reviews.
• Regarding SISC holdings on the BitMart exchange (where trading was active until July 2026), token migration cannot be processed until BitMart’s official corporate policy regarding this upgrade is established. We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

4. Smart Contract Addresses for SISC v3.0

When adding the token to MetaMask or other Web3 wallets, please ensure you enter the new Smart Contract Address (SISC v3.0). Please verify each character of the address carefully, and do not use contract addresses provided by unverified third parties.
