Starting Thursday, October 29, 2026, we will set a maximum request amount per payout, in order to ensure legal compliance and strengthen security as our customer base grows.
In conjunction with this change, we will also make partial revisions to the payout request procedure, as described below.

The above limits apply to each coin, per request.
[Partial Revision of the Payout Request Procedure]
There are two types of payouts: “Payout” and “Early Payout.” Previously, to change the requested amount, you had to cancel the request and submit a new one. Starting Thursday, October 29, 2026, you will be able to change the amount of a pending payout request without canceling it. The cancellation function will remain available.
